Having your party at Billy's is easy & affordable. You pick the occasion and we will help with the details. Office parties, birthday parties, class reunions or wedding receptions, Billy's is the place to be. With our new location still on Bartlett Square you get a feel of the old world, with its thirteen foot ceilings, beautiful faux painted walls, wrought iron, sconces and a lamp post, a walk down Mayfest Lane and a panoramic view of Bartlett Square makes any party a special occasion. Party Sizes: 50-200
Room Charge: There is a 50 person minimum on Monday through Thursday night and a 100 person minimum on Friday through Sunday nights or a $250.00 room charge.
Cash or Hosted Bar: Available for any party. $50.00 charge for parties under 100 persons. Frozen margarita machine available. Off site liquor catering available.
Deposit: 10% to hold date. No refund 7 days prior.
Entertainment: In-house 60 channel satelite music with satelite TV, DVD, CD, VCR, I-pod dock, cordless microphone
and 5 TV monitors.
